AGDQ 2021 Raises $4m For Charity

Awesome Games Done Quick 2021 has finished after a full week of speed running and raising money. The event raised $US 2,764,437($AUD3.6m) for the Prevent Cancer Foundation.

AGDQ 2021 was held online duo to COVID-19 concerns so instead, players streamed from home while viewers watched online.

Early in the week two different players set new world records for Sonic, back to back. Another part of this week was showcasing unique ways of speed running games. One runner beat all of the Celest C-side levels using a Dance Dance Revolution dance pad.

There were also Halo runs, Beat Saber on expert + and many more, however the pick of our runs goes to “Bubzia’s” 16 star Super Mario 64 run.
