T1 States Intent with Success in First Major Tournament since Valorant’s release.

This weekend marked the first major VALORANT tournament since the game’s official release on June 2. In North America, it came down to two of the favorites in the tournament: Team Myth and Team T1

Team Myth welcomed the TSM Valorant team of Wardell, Subroza, reltuC and Drone to face off against Team Brax aka team T1 boasting crashies, food, AZK and ex Cloud9 CSGO pro Skadoodle.

Both teams had an excellent run through the group stage going a perfect 3-0 and having an identical +21 map difference before both teams also 2-0’ing their semifinal matchups.

T1 convincingly took the first map 13-7 on Bind before TSM brought it back on Haven with a 13-6 win to make the series 1-1. Game 3 saw the map Bind come back in favour again for T1 who took home the first major Valorant tournament since release.
